He was born October 22, 1909, at Hermitage, a son of the late John Quincy Milholland and Lenora York Milholland. He was a retired teacher and administrator. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Deal Milholland. Survivors include a son, James G. Milholland Jr. of White Oak, Texas; two brothers, Clarence Milholland of El Paso, Texas, and Coy Milholland of Mountain Home; three sisters, Sallie Burgess of Eudora, Elizabeth Porter of North Little Rock and Jane Mitchell of North Little Rock; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Oakland Cemetery with the Revs. Dennis Dodson and R.V. White officiating. Arrangements were made by Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home of Monticello.
