Funeral services for Welton Dwaine (Slim) Balthrop, 65, of Myra, are set for 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at the Geo. J. Carroll & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosston Cemetery.
Slim was 65, living in Myra, when he died at the North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville. He was the son of Weldon James and Gladys Bell Durham Balthrop.
