Hilma Mae Delaney, 95, of Cokeburg, died Saturday, January 3, 2009, in her home, following a brief illness.
She was born December 13, 1913, in Avella, a daughter of Joseph and Rose Metchell Underwood.
Mrs. Delaney was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, canning and making candy.
Surviving are two daughters, Pauline Fedance and husband Albert of Cokeburg and Donna Albro of Brownsville; three sisters, Tress Hartley of Washington, Sarah Kraus of Cuddy and Josie Fragapane of Bridgeville; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are her husband, Tony T. Delaney, who died January 1, 1985; a granddaughter, Ricque Albro; a grandson, Chapen Skirchak; four brothers; and three sisters.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday in Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, where a blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 8, with the Rev.
