PRICE, Carbon County- Alan Wayne Baker, 18, was killed Sept. 5, 1966, 12:05 a.m. on Highway 50, four miles west of Price, when the car he was driving hit a bridge abutment.

Born May 20, 1948, San Francisco, Calif., a son of Wayne Braley and Mariam Ruth Meister Baker. Employed with father, Mountain States Machine Co., Price. Graduate, Carbon High School, June. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Survivors: parents, brothers, sisters, Connie, Christine, Claudia, Robert, Susan, Donald, Bonnie; grandparents, Mrs. W.A. Baker, Afton, Wyo.; Mrs. Conrad Meister, Price.

Funeral Friday 2 p.m. North Carbon Stake Center, Price. Burial, Price City Cemetery. Friends call Fausett-Etzel Mortuary, Price, Wednesday and Thursday, Friday before services. Burial, Price City Cemetery.
