Son of Frances and Stanley Balcerzak, also of Chicago. Worked for decades as a salesman at Weinberg's Mens' Clothing Store on Commercial Ave. in Chicago. He was the head usher of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Chicago, Ill. for many, many years. One of his grandsons wrote of him: "Grandma was the commander of the family but Grandpa was the "HEART"...he was a quiet, kind, and loving man!!"
