Goldie was born on 08 Jun 1891 in Ida Township, Monroe County, Michigan to Jacob and Mary "Remer" McIntyre.

Goldie was first married to Israel "Irwin" Justus Bolster on 15 Mar 1909 in Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan ending in divorce. Two children were from this marriage, daughter Mabel Bolster who married Arlo Carver and son Russell who married Mary Knauss.

Her second marriage was to Louis "Louie" Chard on 20 Jul 1918 in Coldwater, Branch County, Michigan.

She resided in Union City on West High Street and died shortly after surgery in Battle Creek.
