Died in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Eugene Jordan, after an illness of eight months. A Marion resident 40 years, he came here from Portsmouth and he was a retired employee of the Marion Power Shovel Co.
He was the son of John W. and Jennie Clark Colegrove, natives of Scioto County. At Scioto Furnace, Oh., Oct 10 1910 he married Lavena Perry.
Surviving are his widow, the daughter in whose home he died; two other daughters, Mrs. Morris Tipton of Portsmouth and Mrs. Henry Piper of Marion; a son Cecil Colegrove of near Morral, 13 grandchildren; a gread-grandchild, and three brothers, Everett L. Colegrove of Middlefield, Ross E. Colegrove of Marion and Arthur L. Colegrove of Waverly.
