Dr. Harry Oliver Lightner, a general practicioner, lived at 100 S. Main St. where he had his office. Two articles in the People's Advocate and Press in 1902 was that he had just built a stable on the back of his home. He also was stricken with some kind of seizure. He attended Baltimore Medical College, MD, and worked as a trolley car operator in order to pay for his schooling.
