Hillsboro - Wesley N Gross, age 89, of Hillsboro, passed away on Saturday September 27, 1986 at a Madison hospital. He was born on February 19, 1897, in rural Hillsboro, the son of John and Emma(Burchell) Gross. He married Edna Harms on November 24, 1926. They farmed in Greenwood Township intil 1960 when he moved to the city of Hillsboro. In addition to his wife, Edna, he is survived by a brother Bernard Gross of Hillsboro and a sister Mabel Rosal of Hillsboro. He is preceded in death by a brother, Frank.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 30, 1986 at 1:30p.m. in St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Reverend Luther Wendland will officiate.
Burial will be in Mt Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro. Friends may call at the Fick Funeral Home on Monday evening from 7:00 to 9:00p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from noon until time of service.
