Jos. H. Jacks, formerly of the legal firm of Hood, Jacks & Fraser died at Oakville on Wednesday of last week aged 42 years. Deceased was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Jacks of Innisfil. He studied law in the office of H. Lennox and having completed his course settled in Stayner. Being troubled with a pulmonary affection he left Stayner in September 1892 for Denver, Colorado., where he practised for eight years. The last two years were spent with relatives in Innisfilll and Oakville.
