∼Inga Andrina Hanson, daughter of Hans and Inga Hanson was born on July 10, 1863 at Rock Prairie, Wisconsin. She remained at home until her marriage to Charles Anderson at Lookout in the year 1891, the ceremony being performed by Pastor Moeller. They made their home on the Charles Anderson farm which Mr. Anderson had homesteaded. After her husband's death in 1918 she continued to live on the home farm until 1930. Thereafter she made her home with her children.
To this union nine children were born, one of whom, Arnold, died in infancy.
Mrs. Anderson continued to enjoy good health until three years ago. She became seriously ill about ten days ago while staying with her daughter Mae at Spring Brook, WI. She was brought by ambulance to the Mondovi Clinic hospital where she peacefully fell asleep in her Savior early on Thursday morning, September 11.
She leaves to mourn her passing four sons and four daughters; John of the town of Gilmanton, Oscar of the town of Naples, Carl of Eau Claire, Roy of the town of Gilmanton, Hazel (Mrs. William Frederickson) of Lampson, WI, Mae (Mrs. Ben Frederickson) of Spring Brook, WI, Lottie (Mrs. Clarence Ulberg) of Eau Claire, and Ethel (Mrs. Bert Smeltzer) of Nelson. She also is survived by one brother, two sisters, 42 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Her age at the time of death was 84 years, two months and one day.
Burial was on Saturday at one o'clock from Trowbridge Funeral Home and two o'clock from Lookout church at the Lookout cemetery, Rev. A.G. Herner officiating.
