Elwood con-celibrated the Ordination of the Mass along with Bishop Calvo at St Thomas Cathedral on December 10, 2008 using Fr. Righini's chalice.
Fr Righini along with Fr McFadden and La Voy spent twelve years in high school, college, and seminary in California and then studied for four years in Rome together.
The title "Monsignor" is associated with an honorary award granted by the Pope normally at the request of the local bishop.
