Mrs. Mumper retired from the banking industry, after 33 years, at what is now known as Wachovia Bank and for the last twenty years has owned and operated Reliable Bonding Company. She was a member of Conyers First Baptist Church, The Pilot Club, The Georgia Association of Professional Bondsmen and graduated from Atlanta Law School, earning a Bachelor in Law Degree, in 1960.
Nora is survived by: husband, Paul Mumper; daughter, Pamela STEELE Meadows; granddaughter, Jennifer Ricks, great-granddaughter, Katelyn Ricks; brothers and sisters, Bill West, Terry West, Molly Chambers, Ernestine Dobbs, Sherry West, and Duane West.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2007, at Horis A. Ward's Rockdale Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Interment will be held Monday, May 7, at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens in Conyers.
