Edward W. "Bo" Boswell died Sunday, July 17, 2005, in the Hillview Community Living Center, Dresdan, Tenn., following a lengthy illness. He was 60.
Graveside funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 20,2005, in the Sunset Memorial Gardens of Geneva with the Rev. Michael Lawler officiating.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a remembrance be made to the First United Methodist Church of Geneva, where Bo was a longtime member.
Bo was the eldest son of the late Edward W. and Gretchen Boswell of Geneva. Bo was a kind and gentle spirit and was loved and nourished by his family and friends. Although Bo was blind from an early age, he enjoyed following University of Alabama football and Alabama politics and was an expert on both subjects. Bo will be missed by family and many friends in Geneva and Huntsville.
He is survived by his brother, Dan Boswell (Kim) of Huntsville; sisters, Anita Motley (John) of Geneva and Alice Ann Byrne (David) of Montgomery; six nephews, Coby, Zachary and Nathan Boswell of Huntsville, John Motley of Tuscon, Ariz., Scott Motley of Charleston, S.C. and Michael Motley of Homestead, Fla.
