Funeral services for Mrs. Maude Herrin, 95, of Cottondale, Rt. 2, were to be held today a 2 p.m. from the Andrews Chapel Methodist Church with the Rev. Gainus Gore and the Rev. James Goins officiating. Burial was to follow in the Salem Cemetery.
Mrs. Herrin died Thursday night at Druid City Hospital. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Imogene Hancock of Cottondale and Mrs. Robert D. Davenport of Durham, N.C.; three sons, Percy L. Herrin of Cottondale, Henry H. Herrin of Tuscaloosa and Paul E. Herrin of Los Altos, Calif.; 10 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Active pallbearers are Dee Kyzer, Louie Clements, Thomas Scales, Lewis Ford, Tom Goins, Coleman Kyzer, Hugh Fikes and Charles McElroy.
