Of Mokena, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Louis is survived by his loving family, wife, Joan Frazer (Kapshull); children, Michael Frazer, Caroline (Ethan) Linderman, Kevin Frazer, Dana Frazer, Amy Frazer; siblings, George (Anna) Frazer and Dennis (Debbie) Frazer. Louis retired from the Chicago Police Department as a Sergeant and a Supervisor at the Office of Emergency Management and Communication. After retirement he was employed as Director of Security at the Essex Hotel in Chicago. Louis was member of St. Mary Church in Mokena, a United States Navy veteran and an avid golfer.
