Angeline was my paternal aunt, my dad's (William Spargo Jr.) older sister. She was born on August 13, 1916 to William Thomas Spargo & Emily Emma Forchette Spargo in Trout Creek, Mi. She married Clifford Brown, son of Herbert and Lillian (Pettit) Brown of Trout Creek, Mi. on March 3. 1936 in Trout Creek. They had 3 sons William (Patricia) of Oshkosh, Wi; James (Sue) of Oklahoma; Gordon of Watersmeet. A daughter Doris from New York. She had 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her two brothers John and William, sisters Ada, Rachel, Mary and Rose. Funeral services were held at the Watersmeet Baptist Church with the Rev. Skip Pullen officiating. Wandersee Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements and assisting the family. Burial was in the Watersmeet Cemetery.
