LEWISTOWN - Luella M. Alexander, 82, of Lewistown, who enjoyed fishing, needlepoint, crocheting, gardening and traveling, and was an avid card player, died of colon cancer Friday at her home.
Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. today, and funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday, both at Cloyd Chapel in Lewistown, with committal in Central Montana Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow at the Spotlight, located at 538 Sereday St., east of Simms Park. Cloyd Funeral Home and Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
Survivors include sons Geary Alexander and Dennis Alexander, both of Great Falls, Terry Alexander, Lonny Alexander and Randy Alexander, all of Lewistown; daughters Connie Campbell of Utica, Sandra Youngbauer of Lewistown, and Debra Smith of Wasilla, Alaska; sisters Selina Wirtz of Kenmare, N.D., Eileen Nett of Minot, N.D., Marjorie Caulfield of Sun City, Ariz., and Ellen Johnson of Garrison, N.D.; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Zeyrl E. Alexander, in 1993; and a grandson.
