Dudley H. Foster, attorney, formerly of Corning, died at Louisville, Ky., Friday, very suddenly from ptomaine poisoning. He had resided in Louisville for the past two years, and it is said, was successful in oil promotion. For a time he was joint publisher of the New Lexington Tribune with Mr. Davie, and had many friends in this county, who regret to learn of his sudden death. Funeral services were held at Omega, Pike county, Monday, where he was born. A number of local Knight Templars attended his funeral going in automobiles.
