ARANTZ RITES ON SATURDAY
Services for 2nd Lt. John Casper Arantz, Decatur resident killed in a collision of two Air Force jet training planes, 25 miles Northwest of Del Rio, Texas, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic church.
Body of Lt. Arantz will arrive in Decatur Saturday at 10:07 a.m. on the Pan American.
Lt. Arantz will be buried with the requiem Mass at 11 a.m. The choir of St. Bernard College will sing for the Mass.
Rosary for Lt. Arantz will be tonight at 7:30 at St. Ann's. Interment in City Cemetery is to be directed by Brown.
Lt. Arantz is survived by his wife, Mrs. Barbara Arantz; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl F. Arantz; one sister, Miss Elizabeth Arantz; and one brother, Carl F. Arantz Jr, Shreveport, La.
