Jeremiah Mumper, served as a Corporal with the 208th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, Company C (Civil War). He enlisted in Perry County on August 31, 1864; mustered into federal service at Harrisburg, September 2nd, and was honorably discharged on June 1, 1865.
