Phillips, Ethel R., W. J., Jr., Lucien and Stella Gex of Bay St. Louis, Miss., sister of Mrs. Paula Jenks of Bay St. Louis, Miss., also survived by nine grandchildren.

Interment in Cedar Rest cemetery.
