Daughter of Jesse Cockrell. Married 14 November 1824 to James Botkin in Scioto County, Ohio. Children were TDH Botkin, Lucy Ann Lane, Caroline Carroll, Christina F King, Jesse Botkin, and Mary F. Wells.
--When we found this marker, it was in heavy underbrush, and tipped over with the tip on the ground and the bottom at the edge of the base. With the expertise of Donald Tigo and Vesper Monument Company, I had this marker lifted back onto it's base, cleaned, repaired and restored, and all the underbrush cleared away. This was done in September, 2009.--
