Mrs. Edna D. Garrett, a resident of Indianapolis 32 years, died yesterday morning in her home, 1016 West 31st street, after an illness of more than six months.
Mrs. Garrett, a native of Auburn, was the wife of Roy C. Garrett, a department manager of Hibben, Hollweg & Co. She was a member of North Methodist Church, North Park Order of Eastern Star and Maj. Harold C. Magrew United Spanish War Veterans auxiliary.
Survivors besides the husband are a son, Russell A. Garrett of Dayton; a daughter, Mrs. Helen Holtgren of Indianapolis; a sister, Mrs. J. D. Davis of Chicago; a brother, V. E. Houser of Indianapolis, and a grandson.
The Rev. Homer P. Ivey of the Trinity Methodist Church in Crawfordsville will conduct services at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the Flanner & Buchanan mortuary, 25 West Fall Creek parkway, and burial will be in Crown Hill cemetery.
