She married Robert Harris "Bob" Richardson and they resided in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee where they both loved entaining friends and family and traveling.

RICHARDSON, Edna Mae Welch, 89 of Nashville, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2008, at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. A native of Coffee County, she was the daughter of the late Barnett Welch and Lillian Fleming Welch. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. Richardson, and a brother, James "Barney" Welch. She was a homemaker who enjoyed playing bridge throughout her lifetime. She also enjoyed dinner theatre and spending time with her family and
friends. She was an active member of Belmont United Methodist Church. She is survived by a niece, Kim Stockton, Tullahoma, two nephews, Gary Welch, Shelbyville, and Dr. Warren Patterson, Nashville, and several great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, at Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home, followed by a graveside funeral service at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Tullahoma. Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
