Cliff Taylor was born in 1932 to Frank and Ione Taylor. He attended Tucson High School, graduating in 1950. He served in the U.S. Army stateside during the Korean War. He worked for several years after that in radio and television as a news/weather anchor. Later, he became a pastor in a Nazarene Church. Cliff died in 1996 of a sudden asthma attack.
