She was born on April 21, 1931 in Bolt to the late Okey Johnson Lamb (1892-1967) and Goldie Bailey-Lamb (1892-1970). She was preceded in death by her husband, Seldon Ralph Bailey (1923–1984); two brothers, David "Harold" Lamb (1921-2002) and Bernard Lamb (1913-1990); and four sisters, Ruby Lamb-Parker (Deceased), Hazel Agnes Lamb-Evans (1914-1986), Virginia Lou Lamb-Walker (1923-1986) and Iris Lamb-Cline (1916-1982).
Survivors include a son, Ralph Bailey & wife Pennie Bailey of Trinity, NC; a daughter, Barbara Bailey-Snuffer & husband Gary Snuffer of Kopperston; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Graham & husband Robbie Graham of Kopperston, Sarah Snuffer of Kopperston, Jason Bailey and Lauren Bailey, both of Trinity; a great-granddaughter, Danielle Graham of Kopperston; a brother, Franklin "Frank" Lamb (Deceased) of Rosedale, CA; and two sisters, Nancy M. Lamb-Bailey (1928-2020) of Oceana and Helen Lamb-Rollins (Deceased) of Virginia Beach, VA.
Service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Adam Toler Memorial Chapel, Oceana, with the Rev. Ron Lee officiating. Entombment will follow in Palm Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Matheny.
