Minnie May Brown Dugger was born Saturday, September 16, 1899 in Morgan County, Alabama to Lewis William Brown and Eliza Ann Jackson Brown.

She married George Dugger, a son of Joseph H. Dugger, Jr. and Meancy "Mamie" Olinger Dugger.

The children of Minnie and George Dugger are Ada Ruth Barnes, Zeno Dugger, Jane Dugger, Allen Woodrow Dugger, infant, Ola May Dugger, Doris Daniels, George Frank Dugger, Francis Coffee and Pauline Meredith.

Mrs. Dugger was the sister of George Nathaniel Brown, Viola Putnam, Madgie Ola Vinson, Robert Lee Brown, Nova Layton, Vergie Lou Loggins, Ada Idella "Della" Young Vincent, Audrey Exodus Long, Woodrow Wilson Brown, Lewis Martin Brown, Elizabeth Turner, and Eliza Bell Phillips.

Mrs. Dugger's Rites Sunday

Last rites for Mrs. Minnie Dugger, 49, Tanner 1, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Johnson's chapel, Rev. H. T. Statum officiating. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery, Mutual Service directing.

Mrs. Dugger died Thursday at 10:15 P. M. at her residence folliowing an illness of 18 months.

She is survived by three sons, Zeno, Allen and Frank Dugger, all of Tanner; five daughters, Mrs. Harold Johnson and Mrs. Raymond Noble, both of Decatur, Mrs. Leonard Johnson, Misses Ruth and Doris Dugger, all of Tanner 1; 19 grandchildren; three brothers, Robert and Wilson Brown, both of Decatur, and Louis Brown of Tennessee; six sisters, Mrs. M. J. Long, Mrs. Alton Turner and Mrs. Della Young, all of Decatur; Mrs. S. M. Vinson of Kentucky, Mrs. Lon Putnam of Tanner 1, and Mrs. George Phillips of Boaz.

Pallbearers will be T. J. Borden, Floyd Borden, Ganford Borden, Richard Putnam, Edwin Motes and Joseph C. Dugger.
