A.W. Price, 67, well-known Decatur citizen, died at 11 o'clock Sunday night at his home, 505 Eleventh Avenue, west, after a week illness.
Funeral services will be conducted at Caddo at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon by Rev. W.W. Coffey and Brown will be in charge of burial. The funeral procession will leave the home at noon tomorrow.
Mr. Price is survived by his widow; two daughters, Mrs. S.J. Miller, Decatur Route 3; Mrs. C.G. Thrasher, Decatur route 3; seven sons, W.E., Tanner route 1; Hugh, of Pike county; Homer, of Decatur; Dave, of Gadsden; Ollie, of Decatur route 3; Lee, of Gadsden, and Herbert Price of Decatur. Twenty-one grandchildren and one great grandchild, one brother and two sisters also survive.
Sons will be pallbearers. Mr. Price was a widely known farmer and formerly lived in Blount County.

His occupation was farmer.
