Alvin Wesley Cade

Alvin Wesley Cade, 92, of Milford, Delaware, passed away December 18, 2006 in Milford.

He was born July 26, 1914 in Santa Barbara, Calif. Alvin married Sylvia Cade on January 4, 1936 in Tustin, Calif. She preceded him in death.

Alvin worked as a earthmoving equipment superintendent for Malcolm & Co. in Los Angeles until retiring. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1988, and to Delaware in 2003. He was an elder for several years at the Hope Christian Church in Central Point.

Alvin is survived by daughters, Majorie Cotta, of Houston, Delaware, and Beverly Schiller of Depoe Bay, Ore; a brother, Everett Cade, Medford, Ore; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at Hope Christian Church in Central Point, Ore., on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at12:30 p.m. The graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Medford. Dr. Aaron Veach will officiate.
