Mary K. Hammond,78, of New Holland R2, died Thursday at 2 p.m. in Ephrata Community Hospital.
Born in Salisbury Township, she was a daughter of the late John G. and Margaret Patton Diem, and the wife of the late Harry H. Hammond.
She was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Narvon, RD.
She is survived by two sons, J. Mylin, New Holland R2; and Allen W., New Holland; five grandchildren; ten grandchildren; a brother, Ivan A., New Holland R2, and a sister, Mrs. Hattie Skiles, New Holland R2.
