Eli S. Click, 65, died Wednesday at his home. He was a retired truck driver for Eagle Express Co., and a member of Teamsters Local 89, Kosair Shrine Temple and Masonic Lodge 511. Survivors: his wife, the former Doris Lashley; sons Tommy and Mark E. Click; a stepson, Donald Grammer; a daughter, Teresa Click; stepdaughters Donna Decker and Debra Cilone; a brother, Richard Click; sisters Mary Zook, Shirley Lohmeyer, Sharon Hoskins, Yvonne Click and Brenda Tomlin; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, Family Funeral Care-Metropolitan, 4101 Dixie Highway. Entombment: Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 3-9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Memorial gifts: the family, c/o the funeral home.
