Maxine Venice Ward White Born July 30, 1921 in Bloomington, Idaho. Our beloved mother passed into God's hands Sept. 10, 2006. She was a graduate of BYU University and was a school teacher all her life. She loved teaching her whole life and was a great inspiration to all she taught.

She retired in 1981 to spend the rest of her time with her beloved husband. She married Forrest Derrald White March 10 1945. They lived in Tabiona, UT, Afton, WY, Salt Lake City, Bountiful, UT, Bloomington, ID, and Pocatello, ID. She loved working in the yard & gardening with her beloved husband Derrald. They spent a lot of time boating and fishing. She was a wonderful cook and hostess. She loved crocheting and embroidery, she created many beautiful pieces of handwork that will be cherished for many years by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She lived a very happy and full life. She was a member of the
LDS Church, Association of American University Women, Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. She was active in Temple work and loved working on geneogoly, passing on family history.

After Derrald died she moved to WA state to live with her daughter and be closer to her other children. She is survived by two daughters and one son, Susan (Jerry) Smith, Gregory (Eva) White and Elizabeth White of Federal Way and Kent, WA; also 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Houston of Panguitch, UT. She was preceded in death by her husband Forrest Derrald, son Paul, and grand-daughter Bonnie Kaye Thedell Scharbrough. Bloomington was always the home of her heart. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Sat, Sept. 16, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the LDS Church -841 S 308th St Federal Way, WA. 98003. A viewing was held at Mathews Mortuary, 702 Clay Street, Montpelier, Idaho 83254 on Wed, Sept. 20, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial at Bloomington Cemetery. Graveside service on Thurs. Sept. 21, 2006 at 11 a.m.
