Albert Eugene French Sr., 64, formerly of Louisville, died Wednesday in Pensacola, Fla. He was a native of Grayson County, a retired Army master sergeant and a veteran of the Korean War. Survivors: his wife, the former Carol A. Lamp; four sons, Joseph A., Albert E. Jr., Wayne A. and Stephen M. French; three daughters, Beverly J. Niblett of Atlanta, Linda S. Littlefield of Danville and Patricia A. Walker; three brothers, Joseph R. French of Barwick, Ga., John French of Paducah and the Rev. Robert Druey of Paducah; a sister, Teresa Moorman; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, St. Helen Catholic Church, 4005 Dixie Highway. Burial: Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation: O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. Third St., 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday.
