LEAKE, SENIA MAE SETTLES - age 83 of Knoxville passed away Thursday, September 30, 2004 at home. She was a member of Knoxville Baptist Tabernacle for 55 yrs. and attended Bays Mountain Baptist Church the past 6 years. She accepted Christ as her Savior when she was very young. She was an awesome mother and loved by everyone. She is survived by her brother: Lonnie (Bud) Settles sister: Lena Settles sons: Adam (JR) Leake of Florida, Charles Leake of Union Co., John & Lonnie Leake of Knox Co. daughters: Patricia Robinson, Janice Denton & Linda Dukes of Knox Co., Kaffey Day of Sevier Co., Janie Chambers of Jefferson Co. with 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2004 at McCarty Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 4, 2004 at McCarty Mortuary Chapel with Bro. Bob Bevington and Bro. Hubert Troutman officiating followed by gravesite services at Huckleberry Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Edward Dukes, Daniel Day, John Day, John Leake, Mike Leake, Mark Munsey, Charlie Leake, and David Leake. She will be greatly missed.
