On Tuesday last Mrs. S. M. Anderson, of this place died very suddenly at the home of Mr. Jno. L. Boyd with whom she was residing. It is thought that she died from heart failure. She had been in bad health for a long while and her death tho' sudden, was not unexpected. She was an estimable lady and lived a retired and quiet life. She was the mother of Messrs. W. H. and A. T. Pace and Mrs. J. L. Boyd, of this county. At the time of her death she had reached the age of 73 years. Her remains were buried in the cemetery here.
