THOMAS P. SCHELE, 46, died on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2009, at Parkview Hospital. He was born Jan. 19, 1963, in Fort Wayne, the son of Kathleen (Moore) Schele and the late Gerald Schele, Sr. He is survived by one brother, G. Bruce Schele, Jr. of Fort Wayne; six sisters, Rebecca Osborn, Lynette Schele, Andrea Schele, Jayne Schele and Colleen Cruz, all of Fort Wayne and Gayle (Dennis) Neidert of Colorado; and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Elaine Schele. Service is 11 a.m. Monday at St. Charles Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Road, with visitation one hour prior at the church. Visitation also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells Street. Burial in Catholic Cemetery at a later date. Preferred memorials to SPCA or American Heart Association .
