Norma was the first of four children born to the union of Leonard and Lizzie Buggs. She moved to San Diego, CA at an early age where she accepted Christ at Greater Life Baptist Church. She attended school in the San Diego Unified School District and graduated from Morse High in 1965.
After high school, Norma married her high school sweetheart Carl White. Their union produced three children Terence, Aisha and Naomi who was Norma"s world.
Norma worked at Baker Elem. School for a number of years. At the age of forty, she decided to go back to school at Heald Kelsey-Jenny Business College. Upon graduating from college, she became employed with Caron & Stanley as an Office Manager.
In 2006, Norma united in holy matrimony with William Lott.
