Isaac was one of the pioneer mail carriers in Comanche Co., TX, starting on Proctor Route 1, September 1, 1910. He used a horse-drawn vehicle until about one year before he retired as a carrier in 1932. Before moving to Texas, Isaac taught school for four years in Arkansas.
