Paul moved with his parents to Three Corners, where he was raised with his three brothers and three sisters.
He later married Leila Ferne Steward on October 10, 1932 in Mooreood, and they lived in the Three Corners community.
Allen served his country during World War II as a corporal in the U.S. Army.
After he was discharged in 1946, Paul and Ferne made their home in Strong City, raised three children, daughters Jean and Paulette and son Mickey, and were members of Strong City Baptist Church.
Paul Allen passed away in Cheyenne at the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital at the age of 80.
