VICTORIA ARAIZA FELCH, 39, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2003. Vicky was fun-loving and daring in her youth. She was inspired by her Father, Gilbert, to become a Cheerleader in Junior High School, attended high school n both Houston and Guadalajara, Mexico and graduated from Sam Houston State University.
Vicky and her mother visited often and her Father, RC, looked after her in recent years. She was not without her vulnerabilities but she loved her daughter, Annmarie, deeply. We will miss her wonderful smile.
She is survived by her parents; Mother, Alice Araiza and adopted Father, Gilbert M. Araiza and her Father, R.C. Derryberry; Daughter, Annmarie Felch; Brothers and Sisters: Janice Carter, Louis Araiza, Linda Daugherty, Gail Lungaro, Gilbert Michael Araiza, Richard Araiza, Gabriel Araiza, Sabrina Nickerson, Mark Derryberry and Sarah Lazrus.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2003 with a 7:00 p.m. Rosary being held at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 19, 2003 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 1907 Carolina St., Baytown, Tx. with Father Dwight Canizares, Officiating. Interment will follow at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery Baytown.
