Mrs. Irene Suggs, 49, of East Adams St., was found dead yesterday by her sister, Mrs. Phoebe Duncan, and Mrs. Humble. A .38 caliber pistol was lying beside the body and there was a bullet wound in the right temple, city police and the coroner who investigated the death, reported. Mrs. Suggs was seen alive yesterday morning. Her sister, Mrs. Duncan, told the coroner and police that she and Mrs. Humble went to investigate when no one answered calls at the home. No note was found. Mrs. Duncan said her sister had recently been despondent.
