A 1930 Minneapolis city directory lists a "Theo E." and Esther M. Browning living at 1515 La Salle Avenue, Apartment 11. He was listed as a painter for F. A. Leekley Company. In 1935, they had moved to 1704 1st Avenue S in Minneapolis. I believe that home no longer exists, and was likely demolished to make way the construction of I94. This would have been just across the street and up and few feet from the old Abbott Surgical Hospital.
