She is survived by a sister, Carrlynn Welch, Florida and several nieces, nephews and cousins.∼JOY C. GROVES, age 77, Robertson County, died Sunday, August 9, 2009, at the Robertson County Health Care Facility. Born in Robertson County, April 23, 1932, to the late Roy "Jack" and Bernice Wood McKenzie, she was a U. S. Playing Cards retiree and a member of Germantown Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lee "Frog" Groves and a half sister, Ada Liming. and brother Roy J. McKenzie baby),4 half brothers Ronald Graves McKenzie baby), Marvin Allen Mckenzie, Arnold Lee Mckenzie and Paul Glenn McKenzie baby). She is survived by sister, Carrlynn Welch, Florida. and half sister Jewell Wilson, Indiana and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Robertson County Funeral Home by Bro. Doug Wright with visitation at 12:00 P.M. Burial will be in Piqua Cemetery.
