Surviving wife of Walter A Thomson, Alma Thomson passed away October 27, 2008, at the Holy Family Hospital in Lawrence,Ma after a massive stroke the previous week. She Worked many years at the Wood Mill in Lawrence and worked waiting on at the Chateauneuf Variety Store, and helping her sister Marion Graham keeping house for their respective husbands, Marions two sons Edwin O Graham And Thomas Paul Graham, their bachelor brother Albert, and their two parents Amanda (Caron) Chateauneuf, And Damas Chateauneuf. After the death of her two parents Marion and Alma sold the store and purchased a home of their own where her surviving sister still lives. Alma went to work for the IRS until she retired and Marion went to work for Robichauds Hardware Store in methuen until retirement.
