Roy A. Shell, 64, of Evanston, Ill., died Wednesday, Nov 10, 1993 at his home.
He was born Jan. 13, 1929 in New Holstein, a son of the late Bena and Roma Hennings Shell.
He graduated from New Holstein High School with the class of 1947 and then attended the Chicago Art Institute. After graduation, he was an interior designer for Stroheim- Romain in Chicago for over 35 years. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951-1953 as a Supply Specialist Ordanance Fifth Army serving in Japan. Mr. Shell never married.
Survivors are one brother, Richard (Shirley) Shell of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; also one nephew, four nieces, cousins and many friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wesley and Lloyd, and one nephew.
Cremation has taken place and his final resting place will be by his parents in the New Holstein Cemetery.
