She died at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at The Cleveland Clinic.
She was born June 29, 1928, in Kemp, to Harry and Viola (Lotz) Dulebohn and both are deceased. On October 9, 1954, she married Harold E. Newland and he survives in Alger.
Also surviving are two sons, David Newland of Lima and Glenn (Linnett) Newland of Huntsville; three daughters, Anita (Steve) Ernest of Harrod, Connie (Kevin) Augsburger of Lima and Ruthann (Calvin) Russell of Alger; five brothers, Gene Dulebohn, Harry (Jewell) Dulebohn, Jim (Bev) Dulebohn and Bob (Diane) Dulebohn, all of Lima, and Bill (Diana) Dulebohn of Waynesfield; three sisters, Bettye (Joe) Chiles of Waynesfield, Mildred Turner of Harrod and Linda (Lloyd) Painter of Cridersville; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Miller.
She worked as a nurse for the Lima Visiting Nurses, at Ford Motor Company in Lima and retired as a nurse from General Dynamics, Lima.
A graduate of Waynesfield High School, she was a 1950 graduate of the Lima Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She attended the Hardin Community Bible Church of Alger. She was formerly a member of the Alger Pilgrim Holiness Church and she formerly attended the Union Chapel Missionary Church of Lima. She was a member of the Kenton Nazarene Church.
