St. James City, Fla.-

Agnes B. Williams, 80, of St.James City, and Dundee, Mich., died Tuesday at the Hope Hospice House, Fort Myers, Fla., where she had been for two weeks. She had been ill for 2 1/2 months.

A memorial service will be held in Dundee.

Born Dec. 9, 1916, in Pennicost, Mich., she was the daughter of Robert and Edna Mongomery. She was married on Nov. 21, 1936, to Lewis Miller. He died Dec. 8, 1982. She then was married on Feb. 27, 1985, to Carl Williams.

She was employed by the Willow Run Bomber Plant in Ypsilanti, Mich. during World War II. She then was employed by Kroger in Dundee and then by the Rawsonville Plant of the Ford Motor Co. for 11 years.

A graduate of the Ford Schools, Ridgeway, Mich., she was a life member of the Clematis Rebekah Lodge of Milan, Mich.

Surviving are a son Robert Miller of Fort Myers, formerly of Dundee; four stepsons, Richard Miller of Las Vegas, Nev., Charles Miller of Brooklyn, Mich., Wayne and James Williams, both of Lambertville, Mich.; a step daughter, Carol Frager of Monroe, Mich.; a brother Leroy Montgomery of Brooklyn, Mich.; three grandsons; 13 step grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and six stepgreat-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest and Robert Mongomery, and a step grandaughter.
