Corey Kiesz Funeral Held
Death came early Saturday morning at Sacred Heart hospital in Spokane, to two-year-old Corey Kiesz. He suffered from a heart condition.
Corey was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilmer Kiesz of Washtucna. He was born June 24, 1960, and had spent a good part of his short life in hospitals.
He was scheduled to have been operated on, Oct. 9.
He is survived by his parents; a sister, Janell, 11; his paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Kiesz; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Borgens, and a paternal great-grandfather, Henry Heimbigner.
The funeral was Tuesday at the Philadelphia Congregational church, with Rev. H. Haemmelmann in charge of the service.
Pallbearers were Amos Allen, Bennie Sitton, Marvin Schoessler and Godfrey Sackmann. Interment was at Ritzville Memorial cemetery.
