Committal Services for First Deputy State Comptroller
Alfred W. Haight, 63, of 368 South Main Avenue, Albany, will be conducted graveside in Onondaga Valley Cemetery on Valley Drive here at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow. Services will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the First Presbyterian Church at State and Willett Streets in Albany. The Rev. Leonard Bjorkman, pastor of the Onondaga Valley Presbyterian Church, will officiate at the committal services here.
There will be no calling hours for Mr. Haight, and members of the family have suggested those desiring to do so may contribute to the heart fund.
Mr. Haight , a Syracuse native and former president of the Syracuse Common Council, died unexpectedly Friday in Buffalo where he had gone to deliver a speech.
